As the MTC Linen Tekstil team, we have completed an intensive yet enjoyable training program on lean manufacturing, led by Dilara Çabuk Karaçoban. Through this training, which gave us the opportunity to evaluate our processes from diverse perspectives, we are integrating the lean mindset into our operations and moving forward with confidence toward our goals of sustainable success.
