In line with this approach, we became a member of the Turkish Quality Association (KalDer) in 2024 to further strengthen our quality journey. Furthermore, the fact that our Founder, Tolga Sefa Mutcalı, serves as a Board Member of KalDer Denizli Branch reinforces our commitment to a quality-focused management approach and continuous improvement.
As of December 2024, we began our development journey based on the EFQM Excellence Model, focusing on evaluating, improving, and structuring our processes in line with internationally recognized excellence principles to achieve sustainable success.
As a significant milestone in this journey, our Founder, Tolga Sefa Mutcalı, signed the National Quality Movement Declaration of Good Intent on April 15, 2025, at a ceremony attended by Sedat Erikoğlu, Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Turkish Quality Association (KalDer), and Ekrem Ateş, Chairman of the Board of Directors of KalDer Denizli Branch.
This step is a tangible reflection of our commitment to continuous learning, continuous improvement, participative management, and sustainable success. It further reinforces our approach to supporting employee development and embedding excellence into our corporate culture.
